Dail tone has been restored to most customers, but we continue to work through some software issues with our vendor. Some customers may notice features like caller ID and call forwarding, among other features may not be working. Some customers may have calls that go directly to voicemail. FPB Staff is aware of the issues and are continuing to solve the issues as quickly as possible.
