FPB Cable-Telecom Maintenance Begins August 29
/FPB Cable-Telecom crews will begin planned maintenance service interruptions throughout the entire service area in an effort to migrate the existing cable-telecom infrastructure from the current headend facility into the newly constructed cable-telecom headend.
The necessary service interruptions begin Monday, August 29. Staff plans to minimize voice, video and data outages on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis for as short a time as possible but customers should plan on outages between 12:01am and 6am during the maintenance windows.
The maintenance windows are scheduled for August 29, August 30, September 1, September 6, September 7, September 9 and September 13.
The migration to the new facility will improve network reliability for customers and allow for enhanced service offerings in the future.
