If you have questions about your bill, please call FPB at 502-352-4372 and have your customer account number ready. Your customer account number is also helpful when filling out several of our on-line forms.

This is your bill-at-a-glance. Previous and current charges are listed along with the bill due date. Customer name and account number are listed. Double check to make sure all the information listed is correct.
Tear off this portion of your bill and return it with your payment. Please include your customer account number on your check.
1. Electric Customer Charge
A monthly flat fee previously included in the total Electric charge. This charge is not a new fee but merely separated from the total Electric charge for customer convenience and understanding.

3. Water Customer Charge
A monthly flat fee, based on meter size, previously included in the total Water charge. This charge is not a new fee but merely separated from the total Water charge for customer convenience and understanding.
City of Frankfort Services
1. Sewer Service
FPB provides essential utilities to the community but does not provide the sewer service. The sewer service is provided by the City of Frankfort and is included on the FPB bill as a means of consolidating billing costs. Please Visit the City of Frankfort's website for any sewer related questions.
1. Cable Retransmission Surcharge
Cable Retransmission Surcharge is a direct pass-through fee imposed upon FPB Cable customers by Lexington and Louisville broadcast networks. This fee is not optional and is required to be paid by all FPB Cable customers.
