/The Frankfort Plant Board (FPB) Telecommunication department is seeking responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering/design firms (referred to hereafter as “Bidder”) to complete the design of a Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network that will replace the current Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) cable plant and extend into unserved areas of Franklin County. Deadline is November 27, 2023 at 5:00PM.
