The Frankfort Plant Board provides electric, water and cable/telecom services to Kentucky's capital city and surrounding areas. FPB’s mission is to enhance our community and benefit customers by safely, reliably and economically providing services while maintaining a responsive, well-managed, environmentally sensitive and fiscally sound organization, grounded in integrity.
