Security Deposit
A security deposit of $500 is required at the time reservations are made.
Renters may provide a check, cash or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) for payment of security deposit. This deposit will be utilized to make restitution for any damages or excessive cleanup time required of the clubhouse property. This deposit will be refunded within 30 days from the date of rental provided no damages and/or excessive cleanup were incurred.
