The Nextband Refer and Earn Program makes it easy to refer new customers and earn credits on your account for every qualifying referral.
How It Works
1. Invite Friends
Log in to your myFPB account and click Refer a Friend.
We'll send your friend a unique referral code they can use when ordering Nextband service.
2. They Sign Up
Your friend signs up for qualifying Nextband service (300 Mbps or faster) using your referral code.
They can use the code:
· Online through the myFPB portal
· By phone with Customer Service
· In person
3. You Get Rewarded
Once your referral has activated service and kept it active for at least 30 days, you'll automatically receive your reward.
Earn: $50 bill credit when you refer a new Nextband customer or a $30 bill credit when you refer an existing FPB internet customer who upgrades to Nextband Fiber
The more people you refer, the more you can earn.

How do I get my referral code?
Simply log into the myFPB customer portal and select Refer a Friend. Your referral code will be emailed directly to the person you're inviting.
How many people can I refer?
There's currently no limit to the number of qualifying referrals you can make.
When do I receive my reward?
Credits are applied after:
· Your referral activates qualifying Nextband service (300 Mbps or faster)
· Keeps the service active for at least 30 consecutive days.
What if more than one person refers the same customer?
The first valid referral code used during signup receives credit.
What does "good standing" mean?
Your Nextband account must be active with no past-due balance.
