Line Worker IV- Electric

The successful candidate will assist in the construction, service and maintenance of the transmission and distribution system of electric power.

Qualified applicants must have a high school education or equivalent and 7 to 11 months related work experience.  The successful candidate must possess and maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license and acquire a Commercial Driver’s License and pole climbing training within 6 months of employment.  Must be able to respond to emergencies at all hours consistent with departmental travel time policy or be willing to relocate. 

We offer $21.34 hourly plus an excellent benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance and membership in the KY Retirement System.  All applicants must be able to successfully complete drug screening and background investigation.
