The Frankfort Electric and Water Plant Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. at Farmers Bank & Capital Trust located at 125 W. Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601 to solicit oral or written comments regarding its (1) Residential Telephone package, (2) Business Telephone package, and (3) Acceptable Use Unlimited Long Distance Plans Policy.

  • One local phone line

C. Special Terms and Conditions

Frankfort Plant Board (FPB) proposes an Acceptable Use Policy as a guide for its telephone customers to understand the intended and permissible uses of its service, and to prevent exploitation, fraud, and abuse of its unlimited calling plans and features. This Policy is based upon the relevant provisions in FPB’s Terms of Service and is applicable to all its phone services with Big River Telephone. These include: Normal, Reasonable Residential Use; Normal, Reasonable Business Use and; Impermissible Residential and Business Use(s). For a complete copy of the Policy contact FPB at 352-4570.

Staff recommends these rates and policies become effective June 24, 2016.
