The Frankfort Plant Board (FPB) News and Updates page provides customers detailed information on all pertinent happenings regarding FPB including, boil water advisories, network negotiations, outage reports and more.
Due to severe storms, FPB customers may be experiencing service interruptions. Most of the electric interruptions are in the eastern portion of the service area. Two Creeks, Country Lane, Silver Lake and Indian Hills are some of the impacted areas. FPB Cable-Telecom customers may also be experiencing issues throughout the service area, due to severe weather. FPB crews are working multiple areas.

FPB is seeking a volunteer to serve on the Cable Advisory Committee. The Cable Advisory Committee meets quarterly and assists the FPB Board of Directors with Cable TV programming decisions.

FPB will be conducting Cable-Telecom maintenance today from 11:30am-12:30pm. Customers in the following areas may see a brief interruption of services: Bald Knob, The Oaks, Stonewall Subdivision, Shenandoah Subdivision and Stewart Home. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during these necessary upgrades.
It was brought to our attention that customers may be receiving phone calls from people representing themselves as FPB employees, asking about making payment on a past due bill. FPB does not call to solicit payment. If you receive a call, please do not share financial information or make any payment. For questions or information about FPB, please call 352-4372.
All past due payments need to be received in the downtown office before 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 6 to avoid service interruption. Disconnects will begin Monday, June 9.

1. Informational Item: Review of FY 14-15 Budget
The FPB Water Department routinely monitors and tests our water to insure it meets the highest standard of taste, quality and reliability. The results and findings from these tests are published in accordance with the federal Safe Drinking Water Act and can be found here - 2013 Water Quality Report.
The report will also be delivered to home mailboxes early in June.
FPB Internet service should now be fully restored to all customers. Our third party provider made overnight repairs and upgrades. Internal testing indicates all service should be fully operational. We thank you for your patience.
