When the All-Star break ends on Friday, FPB Classic Cable customers will officially hear, “PLAY BALL!” Cincinnati Reds fans in the Capital City area can now watch every Reds game on FPB Cable.

Tuesday night, the Frankfort Plant Board’s Directors voted to replace FOX Sports South with FOX Sports Ohio. The change will take place Thursday, July 17. Due to the SEC Network getting broadcast rights to University of Kentucky sports from FOX Sports South, FPB was able to request the change in the FOX regional networks.

FPB Assistant General Manager of Cable-Telecom John Higginbotham says this will be a very popular move for many FPB customers. “Our service area is full of Reds fans, me included. We have heard from these fans for many years, as they expressed their desire to watch the Reds. We are ecstatic to offer FOX Sports Ohio for its great programming, especially Cincinnati Reds baseball.”

The Reds open the second half of the MLB season Friday night in New York against the Yankees. Game time is set for 7pm. FOX Sports Ohio can be seen on FPB Classic Cable channel 36 and in HD on 536.
