FPB offices will close at 11:30am on Friday, April 3rd in observance of Good Friday. Normal business hours resume Monday, April 6.
All FPB Electric service should be restored. If customers are still experiencing issues, please call 352-4372 to report the problem. Thank you for your patience during this event.
FPB Electric customers may be experiencing a service interruption due to a transmission issue. Areas impacted include: Capitol, KSU, Downtown, Tanglewood and parts of Louisville Rd. FPB crews are aware of the issue and working on a resolution. Updates will follow when available. Thank you for your patience.
FPB Electric crews have completed work regarding the temporary electric outage which was necessary to complete repairs as a result of today's earlier outage. Power to all areas should now be restored. If you continue to experience an outage, please report your situation to 352-4372. Thank you for your patience.
In order to complete repairs from the earlier electric outage, FPB Electric will be briefly shutting down power to parts of Thorn Hill, Holmes St., Colonial Trace and Schenkel Lane. This outage is expected to last only about five minutes. We thank you for your patience as we complete repairs.

In the next few weeks, FPB will begin the process of shutting down our @fewpb.net email service. FPB has developed a plan to provide affected customers with a solution to move their email, contacts, calendars, and Google Drive cloud storage files to another email account. We will contact the affected @fewpb.net customers directly in the coming weeks with more information about how this process will work. Please don’t panic. We will provide more information with detailed steps for a successful transition in the coming weeks.
