Fiber Damage Affecting Customers in Switzer, Peaks Mill, Justice Ln. and Holt Ln.
/FPB Cable customers in the Switzer, Peaks Mill, Justice Ln., and Holt Ln. area are currently without cable/telecom services as the result of fiber on the ground. Kentucky Utilities has been notified and is responding at this time. This outage is expected to last up to six hours, however, if additional storms hit the area later tonight, those storms may impact the fiber restoration time.
FPB Service Update - 4:56PM
/FPB Electric crews are currently working power issues in the Thornhill area, Bentwood Subdivision and on Hickory Drive.
FPB Electric Crews Working in Bentwoods Subdivision
/FPB Electric crews are beginning repair work on damaged electric lines in the Bentwood Subdivision. About 20-30 homes will be affected when power is disconnected for the repair on Aderly Lane and Tyburn Lane. This outage should last approximately one hour. Power will be restored as soon as repairs are completed.

/FPB crews have worked through the night making repairs after last night's severe weather event. Crews are still working scattered outages. If customers are still experiencing service issues or need to report downed lines, please call 352-4372. FPB Electric Service Update 11:55pm
/FPB crews continue to work throughout the service area to restore power. A couple of the hardest hit areas are still without service. Crews are working these areas as quickly as possible. Thank you for your continued patience as FPB works to restore service in these weather battered areas.
Electric Service Update 8:50pm
/FPB Electric crews continue to make service repairs caused by recent storms. Most customers should have power restored. Areas still heavily impacted include: Bald Knob, Benson Valley and Glenns Creek. Thank you for your continued patience during this weather-related service issue.
Weather Related Electric Outages
/Due to severe weather, many areas are without power. Those impacted include: most of Downtown Frankfort, Devils Hollow, Benson Valley, Butterman Hill and Bald Knob. FPB crews are working on the issue. Thank you for your patience during this weather related service interruption.
FPB Phone Service Restored
/All FPB phone service should be fully restored as of 2:30pm. The issue was due to a fiber break within our third party provider's infrastructure. Thank you for your patience during the service interruption.
