FPB Cable-Telecom Planned Maintenance Outages Continue September 6

FPB Cable-Telecom crews will conduct planned maintenance service interruptions throughout the entire service area in an effort to migrate the existing cable-telecom infrastructure from the current headend facility into the newly constructed cable-telecom headend.

The necessary service interruptions will continue Tuesday, September 6.

Staff plans to minimize voice, video and data outages on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis for as short a time as possible but customers should plan on outages between 12:01am and 6am during the maintenance windows.

The maintenance windows are scheduled for: September 6, September 7, September 9 and September 13.

The migration to the new facility will improve network reliability for customers and allow for enhanced service offerings in the future.

We appreciate patience during this migration into the new cable-telecom facility.
