FPB-TV has produced a video answering some of the most common questions related to the upcoming move to cycle billing. The video has started playback dates on FPB-TV and will also be available on video-on-demand. In addition, the video is available on FPB's YouTube page.

As of 10:30 a.m., the issues involving the FPB telephone answering system have been resolved. Thank you for your patience as we worked through this issue.
FPB Electric Department crews will be cutting power at about 11:30 a.m. Tuesday to make repairs resulting from damage received yesterday. The areas affected include: Big Eddy, Travis Circle, Harrod Stone, Kentucky Employees Credit Union, Franklin County Health Department, Cold Harbor Drive, and Wilson's Nursery.
Repairs are estimated to be completed by noon. We apologize for the inconvenience as we make these necessary repairs to the electric system.
FPB staff are currently working with our telephone answering system vendor to address an issue with that system. While the message system is stating you have reached our after-hours emergency dispatch center, Customer Service CSR's are available and will be answering your call based upon the queue.

A tree knocked down electric lines in Spring Hill subdivision off of US-421 and some customers in that area are without power. Crews are on the scene and working to restore power as quickly as possible.

FPB Electric Crews have completed most of the repairs and restored most of the electric service throughout the FPB service area. The Skyview Drive area is still effected and crews are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience during this weather related service interruption. FPB Electric crews continue to work on scattered outages throughout the FPB Service area. High winds have caused several small and scattered outages throughout the area. We appreciate your patience during these weather related outages.
FPB Electric crews are working to restore power to a couple of outages at this time. Those areas include parts of downtown Frankfort, the Jones Lane area, and Westland Drive. FPB crews are working to restore service as quickly as possible. Cable-Telecom services might also be effected in these areas due to loss of power.
