We have crews currently working on a water main repair in the River Bend neighborhood. Due to the repairs customers are experiencing low water pressure. This will continue for now until crews finish before returning to normal. As of right now the water is still safe to drink. No need for boil advisory at this time. The water should be back on at this time, pressure should be returning to normal shortly. There is a boil water advisory in effect until further notice. A vigorous boil for at least two minutes is recommended for any water used for drinking and or cooking. Again, thank you for your understanding and your patience.

We currently have an outage in the area of Devils Hollow Rd, Pea Ridge, Moss Ln and other streets in the area. We have a crew working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The service interruption in the South Frankfort area will affect the following addresses: East Todd Street from Briar Cliff Street to Logan Street, the entirety of Briar Cliff Street, Logan Street from Briar Cliff Street to East Todd Street, 235 Old Lawrenceburg Road, 704 Capital Avenue, and Stanley Street from Briar Cliff Street to East Todd Street. Following restoration of service there will be a boil water advisory issued.
Frankfort Plant Board water department crews are working to repair portions of the water service system at the intersection of Murray Street and East Todd Street. There will be an interruption in water service for the following areas: 600 block of Logan Street, all of Briar Cliff, Stanley Street, and the 200 block of East Todd Street. Following the restoration of service and boil water advisory will be issued.
