The Frankfort Plant Board Electric Department will be performing power line maintenance on Catfish Alley Wednesday morning from 9 to 11 a.m. and from 1 to 3 p.m. During these times, Catfish Alley will be closed to through traffic from Wapping Street to Broadway. The parking garage will be accessible under the direction of FPB crews.
High winds today are wreaking havoc on the trees and our electric and cable lines. Multiple crews are out today to restore multiple outages as quickly and as safely as possible. Once power is restored, you may need to reboot your modem to reset cable and internet services. We appreciate your patience.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This advisory was issued 11/21/19 due to the loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main leak.
The area affected was:
· 103 Valley View Dr.
· 560 To 510 E. Main St.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board advises to boil the water before drinking or using it for cooking. The advisory is in effect for the following area:
560 to 510 E. Main St.
103 Valley View Dr.
A vigorous boil, is recommended for at least two minutes. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break.
This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the effected area is safe to drink. You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.

We are aware of a current power outage affecting part of Tinderwood Drive. A crew has been notified and will work to get this issue resolved soon. Thank you for your patience.
The Frankfort Plant Board Telecom Department is making repairs to the power supply of a telecom node in the Evergreen area. Telecom services will be temporarily interrupted at around 9:30 this morning in order to make those repairs. This will affect cable, internet and telephone service on old U.S. 127, part of Evergreen, Meadowbrook and Lawrence Street.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will restore service as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
The FPB Electric Department has a scheduled outage tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. that will affect the block of St Clair from Wapping Street to W. Main down to Washington St. back up to Wapping St. back to St Clair.
This will affect the courthouse, county annex, Methodist church, Hoggy’s, and a few offices. All of the customers who will be affected have been notified. This outage is necessary in order to finish an upgrade of the overhead to underground infrastructure on Catfish Alley.
This outage will not affect all of downtown, just the one square block indicated above.
Frankfort Plant Board electric department crews have successfully restored electric service to some portions of the affected areas. They are still working to resolve the issue completely. Thank you for your continued patience while our crews are working to bring the areas back to full service.
The Frankfort Plant Board is aware of a widespread power outage in areas on the east side of Frankfort. Our electric department personnel have been dispatched to diagnose and repair the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our electric crews work to restore electric service in the affected areas.
