We are currently experiencing a power outage in the Duncan RD, McCracken Pike, Deerwood, Glenns Creek, Grassy Springs, Hilltop Meadows, Johnson Rd, Watts Ferry area due to a fallen tree. Crews are onsite to make repairs and restore service as quickly and as safely as possible. Thank you for your patience.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This Advisory was issued 7/28/20 due to the loss of pressure in the water main caused by a water main break.
The area affected was:
· 111 to 1416 Holt Ln.

FPB Water crews will be flushing fire hydrants at the following locations on Thursday, July 30th.

Hydrant flushing is necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of the distribution system and to ensure hydrants are functioning properly. This will also allow FPB to obtain firefighting flow information, which is shared with city and county fire departments.
Motorists should please use caution in the flushing areas due to possible water in the roadway. Some discoloration may occur in your tap water. This is normal. If discoloration persists after running your faucet for a time, please call 352-4372.

The Frankfort Plant Board water department is currently working to repair a water main break on Holt Lane. Customers in the area will experience an interruption of water service while crews make the necessary repairs. Following restoration of service, there will be a boil water advisory for the following area: 111 to 1416 Holt Lane. A vigorous boil is recommended for at least two minutes. The advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the area is safe to drink. The FPB electric department has a planned maintenance outage scheduled for Tuesday, July 28, from 8 to 11 a.m. involving 35 customers on U.S. 60 from Peytona Beach Rd. to Morris Clark Rd. Affected customers have been individually notified with door-hangers.
