/The water has been restored to the area of River Ridge. Please be advised that a boil water advisory is in effect until further notice. Thank you for your patience.
Boil Water Advisory River Ridge Area
/The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board advises to boil the water before drinking or using it for cooking. The advisory is in effect for the following area:
River Ridge Rd
Pinnacle Ct
Signal Ridge Subdivision
Crown Point Subdivision
River Bend Subdivision
A vigorous boil, is recommended for at least two minutes. The Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break.
This advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink. You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.

*UPDATE* Electric service restored Cloverdale/Collins Lane area
/The interruption of electric service in the area of Cloverdale and Collins Lane has been resolved.
Electric outage Cloverdale/Collins Lane area
/The Frankfort Plant Board is currently experiencing an interruption of electric service in the Collins Lane/Cloverdale area. Electric department personnel have been notified and will be working to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.
Boil Water Advisory Cancellation

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This Advisory was issued 8/27/20 due to the loss of pressure in the water main caused by a water main break.
The area affected was:
1003 to 1023 Man O’ War Dr.

Hydrant Flushing Locations for 8-28-20
/FPB Water crews will be flushing fire hydrants at the following locations on Friday August 28th.

Augusta
Douglas Ave.
KSU
Schenkel Ln.
The Landings
Hydrant flushing is necessary to maintain the integrity and quality of the distribution system and to ensure hydrants are functioning properly. This will also allow FPB to obtain firefighting flow information, which is shared with city and county fire departments.
