Notice of Construction on West Main

Starting Nov. 4, 2020, the Frankfort Plant Board Water Department will begin construction of a new water main from 104 West Main St. to Ann St. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has changed the lane configuration on this section that will require new surface to Ann St.

In order to work safely and to speed up the construction process, detours will be in place at times to prevent delays; however, some minor delays may be unavoidable. As with any construction project, the time frame is dependent upon the other underground utilities that are encountered.

Until all work is completed on this project, your cooperation will be appreciated. Please proceed with caution through the work area.

This project is part of the Tiger Grant Project.

We realize construction of the new line and the service relocations will be an inconvenience and it is FPB's plan to minimize all impact to you and your property.

If you have any questions, please call the FPB Water Department at 502-352-4433.
