As of 5:45PM we have approximately 400 customers without power.
The Holmes St area, including parts of Thornhill have been restored.
Crews are still working in the Indian Hills area.
Some customers in the Indian Hills area that do have power, will experience cable/internet/telecom outages until power is restored to our equipment

There are currently approximately 800 electric customers without power. The majority of the outages are in the Indian Hills and the Holmes Street areas.
Electric crews are investigating the cause of the outages, and we will provide more information as it becomes available.

Maintanence has been completed for our Nextband Fiber customers.
If you are still experiencing an outage, please reboot your Eero/Router systems.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This Advisory was issued 7/21/24 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.
The area affected was:
· 123 E. 2ND St
· 225 Capital Ave
· 201 to 324 Logan St
· 301 to 309 Stanley St
· 107,116,118,119,120,122,123,202,208,212,213,219,220,221,222,223,224,225,225.5,226 and 227 E. 3rd St.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board advises you to boil the water before drinking or using it for cooking. The advisory is in effect for the following area:
· 123 E. 2nd St.
· 225 Capital Ave.
· 201 To 324 Logan St.
· 301 to 309 Stanley St.
· 107, 116, 118, 119, 120, 122, 123, 202, 208, 212, 213, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 225.5, 226, and 227 E. 3rd St.
A vigorous boil for at least three minutes is recommended. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break.
This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink.
You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.
