FPB Electric crews will have a power outage that includes Old Lawrenceburg Road, Jones Ln, Ninevah Rd, Mills Lane, River Valley Road, Muholand Rd, Leatherwood subdivision, Erin Way, Cave Run area, and part of Bentwoods. The crew is working on replacing a pole.
The power is expected to be off for 2 hours starting at 12:30pm on 12/19/2025

We are currently experiencing a large power outage in the areas of US 60 from Bridgeport Benson Rd to Peytona. Our crews are working as quickly, and as safely as possible to restore service. The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This Advisory was issued 12/15/25 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.
The area affected was:
· 623 to 773 Hillcrest Ave
· 756/776 Owenton Ave
· 744 Fields Ave
· 101 Henry St
· 734/736 Holmes St

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board advises to boil the water before drinking or using it for cooking. The advisory is in effect for the following area:
· 623-773 Hillcrest Ave
· 756/776 Owenton Ave
· 744 Fields Ave
· 101 Henry St
· 734/736 Holmes St
A vigorous boil for at least three minutes is recommended. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break.
This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink. You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.
