The selected Contractor will be responsible for designing and constructing a nominal 1 MWDC system expanding on FPB’s existing solar facilities. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities, provide project financial analysis and federal reimbursement support.
