FPB Phone Service Update

The FPB Phone service issues are a result of a complex system hardware malfunction. FPB staff has been working around the clock to diagnose the issue and make the repairs. While we do not have a timetable for the repairs, FPB will continue to diligently pursue a resolution.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of our valued customers.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.

This Advisory was issued 12/30/24 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.

The area affected was:

· 102, 112, 108, 114, 110, 107, 105, 104, 106, 103 #1-4 Oakmont Ln.

· 110 Lindenwood Ln.
