FPB Customer Service Phone Line Issues

FPB Customer Service phone lines are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Crews are working to restore service. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to have service restored very soon.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.

This Advisory was issued 12/30/24 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.

The area affected was:

· 102, 112, 108, 114, 110, 107, 105, 104, 106, 103 #1-4 Oakmont Ln.

· 110 Lindenwood Ln.
