Scheduled Electric Outage in Parts of South Frankfort on May 22

On Saturday morning, May 22, the electric department will upgrade the facilities in the south Frankfort area. This will require an electric outage from 8 a.m. to noon. 

The following areas will be affected: 

  • Capital Ave. going east to Kentucky River from State St. to Battle Alley. Examples of streets include: Murray, Paul Sawyier, E. Second, Third and Fourth Streets and E. Todd.

  • A few houses off Lafayette, Shelby, Shaw and Woodland.
