/Most FPB Electric customers that were impacted by the service interruption should have service restored. FPB Electric crews are still working a few areas. We thank you for your continued patience.
FPB Electric Service Repair Update
/FPB Electric is working to restore power to various areas. In order to make the repairs, FPB will perform a necessary power interruption in a large portion of our eastern service area. The areas include: Silver Lake I and II, Two Creeks, and the entire area from 460, Spaghetti Junction to Georgetown Rd. The necessary outage should last approximately 15 minutes. Cable-Telecom Service Update
/Late afternoon storm damage is affecting cable telecom service. Kentucky Utilities has damage around Steadmantown and Georgetown Rd. FPB Cable Telecom crews are on the scene but it may be several hours before FPB Cable Telecom services will be restored in the Silverlake area. FPB is aware of the multiple service issues. Our call center is currently inundated with calls. We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service.
Bluegrass Energy is also reporting a power outage in the South Benson area of Franklin Co. FPB Cable Telecom crews are in the area and when power is restored, we will work to restore FPB services as quickly as possible.
Storms Cause Service Issues
/Due to severe storms, FPB customers may be experiencing service interruptions. Most of the electric interruptions are in the eastern portion of the service area. Two Creeks, Country Lane, Silver Lake and Indian Hills are some of the impacted areas. FPB Cable-Telecom customers may also be experiencing issues throughout the service area, due to severe weather. FPB crews are working multiple areas.

Cable Advisory Committee Volunteer Needed
/FPB is seeking a volunteer to serve on the Cable Advisory Committee. The Cable Advisory Committee meets quarterly and assists the FPB Board of Directors with Cable TV programming decisions.

FPB Cable-Telecom Maintenance Window Today
/FPB will be conducting Cable-Telecom maintenance today from 11:30am-12:30pm. Customers in the following areas may see a brief interruption of services: Bald Knob, The Oaks, Stonewall Subdivision, Shenandoah Subdivision and Stewart Home. Scam Alert
/It was brought to our attention that customers may be receiving phone calls from people representing themselves as FPB employees, asking about making payment on a past due bill. FPB does not call to solicit payment. If you receive a call, please do not share financial information or make any payment. For questions or information about FPB, please call 352-4372.
Non-Payment Disconnects
/All past due payments need to be received in the downtown office before 4:30 p.m. Friday, June 6 to avoid service interruption. Disconnects will begin Monday, June 9.
