SCAM ALERT

WARNING: SCAM ALERT

FPB has recently been made aware that businesses are being called from a 1-800 number by someone claiming to be an FPB employee. The caller is stating they will disconnect the business services within a certain timeframe, if the business doesn’t pay the bill over the phone.

This is a scam. FPB does not call businesses requesting immediate payment over the phone. If you receive a call from someone claiming to be from FPB, please ask for their name and their supervisor’s name and contact information and then call FPB at the main office number 352-4372. DO NOT make a payment over the phone.
