The boil water advisory for the area of 500 to 529 Pawnee Trail has been lifted.
On Monday 4/6/2020, there will be an interruption of water service from 10:00 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. in the following areas: 500 to 529 Pawnee Trail Immediately following there will be a Boil Water Advisory. A vigorous boil for at least two minutes is recommended. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews replacing a hydrant. This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink. This Advisory was issued 3/31/20 due to the loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break. The wide spread electric service interruption affecting the areas of Cold Harbor, College Park, Maryland Avenue, Glenn’s Creek Road, and Big Eddy has been resolved. Thank you for your patience as our electric crews worked to get service restored to all affected.
The provider for the Frankfort Plant Board landline telephone service has resolved their issue. Telephone service should be restored for all of those affected.
The Frankfort Plant Board is currently experiencing a large interruption in electric service. We are receiving multiple calls from the Maryland Avenue area and the Big Eddy area. Our electric department has been notified, and are working to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible.
The provider for the Frankfort Plant Board landline telephone service is currently experiencing a wide spread system issue. They are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Until they are able to get their problem fixed, some customers may experience an interruption in their landline telephone service. Thank you for your patience.
Some customers are reporting receiving calls from someone claiming to be from FPB warning that their electric service would be shut-off soon for non-payment. THIS IS A SCAM!
At this time, FPB has suspended disconnections due to non-payment through the end of April. If you receive a similar call, do not give personal or account information.
Even though service will not be disconnected for non-payment at this time, customers will be responsible for paying the bill at a later date. Do not worry about it at this time, but please continue to make payments to the best of your ability.
