We are currently aware of a water leak in the area of Oaklawn Dr that is affecting several nearby streets. Affected areas may have little water pressure or no water at all. Crews are on scene to fix this issue as soon as possible. We will update with further when we can. Your patience is appreciated.

Most but not all areas affected include Pinnacle Ct., Marshall Ct., Parkside Dr., Clay St., W Campbell St., Rive Ridge Rd., Glass Ave., Ewing Ct., etc. (Some streets in these areas but not mentioned the outage will also include) Crews have been notified & are responding to the situation. The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.
This Advisory was issued 7/6/22 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.
The area affected was:

· Cedarcrest Ct.
· 832 To 834 Ridgeview

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board advises to boil the water before drinking or using it for cooking. The advisory is in effect for the following area:
Ashwood Ct.
Cedarcrest Ct.
832 and 834 Ridgeview Dr.
A vigorous boil for at least two minutes is recommended. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Plant Board crews repairing a water main break.
This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink. You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.

We are experiencing several telecom outages that include phone, internet, cable, security etc. on the west end of Frankfort. These service interruptions are cause by electrical damage that has been done to equipment that provides cable & internet service. Some customers will experience cable and/or internet outages, but no electrical outage. As soon as electric has been restored in these locations all other services (Internet, cable, phone) will return back to normal as well. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working as quickly & safely as possible to resolve all issues for everyone.

Due to high winds, we have several areas throughout Frankfort currently without electric service including the Meadows, Bentwood, Bridgeport, Berry Hill and Deerwood.
