Telecom Outages (Phone, Internet, cable, etc.)
/We are experiencing several telecom outages that include phone, internet, cable, security etc. on the west end of Frankfort. These service interruptions are cause by electrical damage that has been done to equipment that provides cable & internet service. Some customers will experience cable and/or internet outages, but no electrical outage. As soon as electric has been restored in these locations all other services (Internet, cable, phone) will return back to normal as well. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working as quickly & safely as possible to resolve all issues for everyone.
