It's Tuesday and that means it's time for new VOD movies to be released.  And today there are a few.

Available before Netflix/Redbox, we have Oblivion, directed by Joseph Kosinski and staring Tom Cruise, Olga Kurylenko, Morgan Freeman and everyone's...er, second favorite Lannister, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau.  

On a spectacular future Earth that has evolved beyond recognition, one man's confrontation with the past will lead him on a journey of redemption and discovery as he battles to save mankind.

Oblivion is scored by the French electronic band M83's Anthony Gonzalez in collaboration with Joseph Trapanese (Joseph also worked with Daft Punk for the score on Joseph Kosinski's Tron: Legacy)  Listen to the entire M83 soundtrack here.

Directed by Derek Cianfrance and featuring Ryan GoslingBradley CooperEva Mendes, and 
Ray Liotta.

The Place Beyond the Pines is a sweeping emotional drama exploring the unbreakable bond between fathers and sons.

And finally out today on VOD, we have "Mud".

Directed by Jeff Nichols and staring Matthew McConaughey; Tye Sheridan; Jacob Lofland; Sam Shepard and Reese Witherspoon  

"Mud" is a coming-of-age drama centered around two fourteen-year-old boys who encounter a mysterious fugitive hiding out on an island in the Mississippi. Intrigued by this man, they enter into a pact to help him evade capture and reconnect with the love of his life.
