/The Frankfort Electric and Water Plant Board will receive sealed bids, priced on a firm fixed price basis, to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary, as outlined in this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of one radio tower, appropriately designed concrete foundation, ice bridge and related grounding and bonding system to support one radio tower site for use in FEWPB operations.
