February 26, 2021 Notice of Ethics Committee Meeting
/As a result of the state of emergency declared by the President of the United States, Governor of Kentucky, and Mayor of the City of Frankfort due to the global pandemic, and in accordance with recommended and mandated precautions related thereto and Kentucky Opinion of the Attorney General 20-05, the following Special Meeting Notice is issued:
The Frankfort Plant Board (“FPB”) will hold a Special Meeting of its Ethics Committee on FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.
Per KRS 61.826 and Kentucky Senate Bill 150, this meeting is a video teleconference meeting for members of the public. Staff, Board members, Committee members or the public may participate by video teleconference link.
THE MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED EXCLUSIVELY BY VIDEO TELECONFERENCE PER KRS 61.826 AND SENATE BILL 150 AND THERE WILL BE NO PRIMARY PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR THE MEETING.
Because of the public health necessity of imposing social distancing to help stop the spread of COVID-19, the FPB is providing members of the public the following link to access the meeting:
