June 15, 2021 Notice of FPB Special Board Meeting
/As a result of the state of emergency declared by the President of the United States, Governor of Kentucky, and Mayor of the City of Frankfort due to the global pandemic, and in accordance with recommended and mandated precautions related thereto and Executive Order of the Governor 2021-386, the following Meeting Notice of a Video Teleconference is issued:
I, John Cubine, hereby call a Video Teleconference Meeting of the Frankfort Plant Board (“FPB”) for TUESDAY, JUNE 15, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. at the FPB Administration Building at 151 Flynn Avenue, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
This meeting will be conducted in-person pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 2021-386.
Moreover, per KRS 61.826 and Kentucky Senate Bill 150, this meeting is a video teleconference meeting for members of the public that are unable to attend in-person. Staff, Board members or the public may view and hear the meeting by video teleconference link.
The primary physical location for the video teleconference where all members can be seen and heard is the FPB Administration Building at 151 Flynn Avenue, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
In-person attendance is no longer limited pursuant to Executive Order 2021-386.
