March 16, 2021 Notice of Public Hearing - AMI Deployment and Opt-out
/Per KRS 61.826 and Kentucky Senate Bill 150, the Electric and Water Plant Board of the City of Frankfort, KY will hold a Special Board Meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, to solicit oral or written comments regarding Tariff revisions related to AMI Deployment and Opt-out.
This meeting is a video teleconference meeting for members of the public. Staff, Board members or the public may participate by video teleconference link.
THE MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED EXCLUSIVELY BY VIDEO TELECONFERENCE PER KRS 61.826 AND SENATE BILL 150 AND THERE WILL BE NO PRIMARY PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR THE MEETING.
Because of the public health necessity of imposing social distancing to help stop the spread of COVID-19, the FPB Board is providing members of the public the following link to access the meeting:

Those wishing to speak at the meeting must notify kpoe@fewpb.com or clindsey@fewpb.com by Monday, March 15, 2021, so that FPB staff may email you a link to the meeting.

The new Policy is proposed to be effective on April 20, 2021.
