FPB Conducts Bill Payment Option Survey

In the continuing effort to improve the customer experience, FPB will be conducting an on-line survey to poll customers on their bill payment preferences.

The survey, conducted through Survey Monkey, will go on-line February 25th and will run through March 31st.

FPB customers can find the survey link on the back of their March bill (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FF6TX67) and on the company’s website (www.fpb.cc/billpaysurvey)

The recently formed FPB Credit Card Committee created the survey in hopes of better understanding the payment habits of customers and to examine the customers’ potential desire to use credit and/or debit cards as a preferred option.

FPB currently takes payments in a variety of ways: cash, check, money order, credit/debit card (with a fee of $3.95), automatic bank draft and auto bill pay through the customer’s personal banking institution. The full list can be seen here.

FPB Customer Service Supervisor Cassie Estill says this is an important step in helping make the customer experience a positive one. “Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. While we strive to make every single interaction with our customers a positive one, we realize there is always room for improvement. We hope that our customers will participate in this survey so we can get a really good handle on what method of payment they would prefer.”
