Telecom Outage Update

Telecom outages affect cable, internet, and phone service. There are currently some areas in Franklin County experiencing telecom outages due to a power outage from other electric providers.

Once your electric service has been restored, your FPB telecom services should reboot. If that does not happen or if you have issues with your telecom service once electric power is restored, please call 502-352-4372 for assistance.

The Water Department of the Frankfort Plant Board is notifying you that the Division of Water of the Kentucky Department for Environmental Protection has now canceled the Boil Water Advisory.

This Advisory was issued 12/30/24 due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by plant board crews repairing a water main break.

The area affected was:

· 102, 112, 108, 114, 110, 107, 105, 104, 106, 103 #1-4 Oakmont Ln.

· 110 Lindenwood Ln.
