Interruption of water service Tuesday 7/11/23 - Versailles Rd.

Tuesday 7/11/2023, there will be an interruption of water service from 8:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. in the following areas:

 

·    3025, 3165, 3173, 3295, 3365, 3375, and 3445 Versailles Road

 

Immediately following there will be a Boil Water Advisory.

 A vigorous boil for at least two minutes is recommended. This Boil Water Advisory is a precautionary measure due to a loss of pressure in the water main caused by Frankfort Plant Board crews repairing a water main leak.

 This Advisory will remain in effect until lab analysis of water samples taken confirms that the potable water supply in the affected area is safe to drink. You will receive a notice when the advisory is lifted.

Power outage update after Sunday night storms

FPB had a total of five outages caused by trees in the lines due to high wind from storms on Sunday night. Three of the outages were single outages on Louisville Rd., Hunters Trace, and in Bellepoint. Two outage affected larger areas of Tierra Linda and Bon Air. The total number of customers affected was approximately 100 and the duration of the event was between six and seven hours for total restoration.
