Friday
It starts tonight at Frankfort High as the Panthers host Green County at historic Sower Field. The game will celebrate 100 years of Panther Football. It should be a special night. If you can’t be there, you can watch the replay on the FPB TV Game of the Week - Tuesday night at 8pm on FPB TV channel 10 and in High Definition on 510. You can see highlights from the game on Frankfort News Update, Wednesday at 5:30.
Saturday
Louisville takes on Eastern Kentucky University. The high flying 8th ranked Cardinals and Heisman hopeful Teddy Bridgewater battle the Colonels in Louisville. The game kicks off at noon and can be seen only on ESPN3. FPB broadband customers can watch the game free on their computer, but it is not available on tablets or smart phones.
UK looks to bounce back from their seasoning opening loss to WKU, at home - as the Cats host Miami of Ohio. That kickoff is also at noon and is live on FOX Sports South, FPB Classic Cable channel 36 and in HD on 536.
Sunday
Sunday kicks off the NFL regular season. You can see every scoring play on the most exciting network on TV – NFL RedZone. It begins Sunday at 1pm and does not go off the air or take a commercial break until the last 4pm game is over. You can watch NFL RedZone on FPB HD Plus channel 775.

Honey Mustard Snack Mix
Yield: 1 quart
Ingredients
1 quart popped popcorn
2 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground white or black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Spread popcorn on a baking sheet. Drizzle honey over popcorn and sprinkle with dry mustard, cumin, salt and pepper.
Bake about 9 minutes and toss just before serving. Serve warm.
