The Frankfort Plant Board is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified firms with expertise in App-Based Video delivery solutions to provide a solution for FPB to deliver IP video content via an App to its fiber and HFC customers. The purpose of this project is to provide a long-term solution for delivering video once the fiber overbuild is complete. A selection committee consisting of FPB staff members will review and evaluate all written proposals based on the criteria identified in this solicitation. The deadline to respond is September 2, 2021, at 2 pm.
